2024 Isuzu D-Max: Fresh Look

By: Sanjay Verma

The Isuzu D-Max, Australia's third best-selling ute, has received its first major update since its 2020 release.

The update includes a bold new front-end, redesigned wheels, new tail-lights, and interior improvements.

Australian showrooms can expect the updated D-Max later this year or early next year.

Customers with existing orders may receive the updated model if they face long waiting times.

Pricing for the updated model in Australia is yet to be announced.

The update aims to bring the D-Max up to date with the latest advancements in the ute category.

The new D-Max is already in production and on sale in Thailand, with a price increase of 30,000 to 40,000 baht.

Details on updates for the Mazda BT-50 and Isuzu MU-X remain unclear.

The new D-Max will retain its existing engine options, with exterior and interior changes.

Isuzu plans to launch an electric D-Max in 2025, initially in Norway and potentially other markets, including Australia.
