Lie flat on a bench with your back on it. Hold a medium weight dumbbell above the middle of your chest with elbows slightly bent. Slowly lower the dumbbell back over your head all the way down. Keep in mind, do it slow as you need to feel the stretch.

Go for about 3 sets initially with 10-12 repetitions in one set. Perform this exercise 3 times a week

Elevate your feet on a table and get into pushup position. Count to three to get your chest down near the floor, take a pause and then explosively push yourself up. With time you will gain strength and this workout will become easier, that’s when you put a little weight on your spine and challenge yourself.

Get into pushup position placing your right hand on an aerobics step. Perform a pushup, then quickly push over the step, switching hands so that your right is on the floor and your left is on the step. Perform another pushup.

In order to lose weight from all over the body, including the chest, you must burn more calories than you consume. Eat small portions of meal 5-6 times a day so that you can avoid overeating.
