This London trip could not have come at a better time, after the hectic work schedule of the year gone by and it gave me a chance to take a short-term course on my long awaited passion i.e. photography, from London College of Fashion.

Though I have always been amazed by how pictures speak, but I never imagined how fascinating learning photography could be. Not only did I get to learn a lot about the camera and lighting, but the most important thing was to realize, how it can help you freeze the moments of what you feel at a given time. For me the most exiting thing is to play around with black and white, as it feels time has frozen in a vintage world and trust me – I spoiled myself with every bit of it, this time from behind the camera.

This place is a paradise for the ones who want to cool off their heels. And as for me, I am totally passionate about the culture of London. The entire old world charm, the gardens and the lakes – the scenic beauty of this place is unparallel. People may hate the weather but I adore the gloomy chilled weather.

What gives me utmost satisfaction is that I can be myself on the streets here. I go for movies, walks, cafes, bars on the streets and have my own fun, which I miss when I am in Mumbai.

But now that I am finally back to India after my month long break, which was very relaxing if I may add, its back to the grind again with over 10 shows planned in the coming two months! But I must admit, I am missing the snow of London immensely and still have the hangover of the days spent there, when I was completely in a switched-off mode and could do things that I usually miss on when I am in India!
